Pre-op Massage
Pre-op massage is recommended 3-4 days before the date of surgery to prep the body and get rid of excess fluid. This appointment consists of 50 minutes of hands-on treatment and includes a full recovery plan. This plan is based on your unique surgery and includes a post-op nutrition guide, a list of recommended products for at home recovery, and help with garment questions you may have.

Post-op Recovery Massage
Post-op massage is unique to your current stage of healing and will be split into 2 phases. Phase I is recommended within 4-5 days after surgery or upon doctor's release. During Phase I, manual lymphatic drainage is performed to rid the body of edema and speed up the healing process on injured tissue. Phase II usually begins around week 4-12 and incorporates other techniques to help with scar tissue, fibrosis, stiffness, and pain due to lessened range of motion. Red light therapy may be added on for an additional fee.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is offered for total body wellness. MLD is a light, gentle, and slow technique that stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system. It focuses on directing stagnant lymphatic fluid to drain to the correct lymph nodes in the body. This helps with overall wellness, autoimmune disorders, swelling, inflammation, sinuses, and is a great way to boost the immune system.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is well-known by celebrities throughout Hollywood for its desirable aesthetic effects. This technique has a natural ability to contour the body, diminish the appearance of cellulite, reduce bloating/puffiness/water retention. Buccal + Facial Lymphatic

This session begins with facial lymphatic drainage followed by ice wands, gua sha, facial cupping, scalp massage and warm towels.
